About Us

FDS Divine Care Ltd is a CQC-registered home care provider based in Birstall, Leicester. We provide person-centred care in people's own homes across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland, and live-in care across England.

Our services include personal care, medication support, meal preparation, domestic help, companionship and sitting, respite for family carers, night care, 24-hour and live-in care, end of life and palliative care, hospital discharge support and supported living.

We support older people and younger adults, including people living with dementia, learning disabilities and autism, physical disabilities and sensory impairments. Our trained care team works closely with families, GPs, district nurses and social workers to help people stay safe, well and independent at home.
